In February 2016, we launched a new dynamic visual identity to reflect the ongoing evolution of Uber. In 2010, Uber launched as a way for 100 friends in San Francisco to get luxury rides—everyone’s private driver. Today, we’re a transportation network spanning 450 cities in 72 countries.
Agreed-upon design objectives for the work. In order to analyze a design and whether it meets its goals, there must be agreement on the problem that needs to be solved. This likely means a clear understanding of users and their needs. Without these, any feedback is subjective and baseless.
Recently-published research by comScore revealed that Smartphone apps now account for 50 percent of all digital media time. When we add in time spent on apps on other mobile devices — such as tablets — this number goes up significantly.
